The South African Institute for Life Coach Training (SAILCT) is committed to giving Life Coach Training that is of high standard. We specialize in training counsellors, therapists, psychologists, social workers, human resource professionals, educators and other professionals in the profession of Life Coaching. We also offer tailor made short courses for various people interest groups.

We consider Life Coaching a very necessary part of our modern society. People know exactly what they want in life and where they want to go with their future, but often do not know how to access that information because they are so busy with the “rat-race”.

Life Coaching helps you to access the information you need to plan a better future and to set definite goals to achieve your dream. It helps you to know exactly where you want to go with your life, to know exactly what steps to take. It helps you by providing you with a partner (the coach) who will keep you motivated by encouraging you, help you reach your goals by holding you accountable and help you keep your eye on your goals and future.
